Help for web addresses received on your phone

Many phones now allow you to view web pages just as on your desktop PC, and links to these pages are often sent as part of a text message (i.e. by SMS).

If you use one of our services, you might be sent such a web link in a text message. You could also be sent a link by a friend who wants you to look at one of our web pages.

On many newer phones this link will automatically be underlined or highlighted - if so just click on the link and in a few seconds you'll see the web page.

If the link is not underlined, it may still be possible to go to the web page using the SMS program's menu of options - see below for how to do this on some popular models.

If your phone does not have this option in its menus, you will need to write down the address and enter it into your phone browser's "Go to..." option using the keypad.

Please note that your phone must be set up for WAP or GPRS in order to view web pages. Most new phones are set up like this when you buy them, but if you are not sure, ask your mobile network operator for help.
